Welcome to the Connecticut Food Association’s Online Education portal. CFA has partnered with the Food Marketing Institute (FMI) to offer CFA members the SuperSafeMark® Online Training: Guide to Food Safety.

The Connecticut State Department of Public Health requires a person in a supervisory position at a retail establishment to provide documentation of having passed an approved/proctored nationally recognized exam approved by the state health department. Passing exam scores are the result of good training like SuperSafeMark®online!

The updated SuperSafeMark® Online Training: Guide to Food Safety is designed to teach the base knowledge required for a certified food safety manager and helps to prepare managers for the national certification examination.

To sign up for the National Certification Exam, contact The National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. NRFSP is approved by Connecticut as a qualified certification exam provider. Contact NRFSP at 800-446-0257 or CLICK HERE.
