Instructions

• Before you begin, make sure that you have the CPE “voucher codes” that were announced at the end of each session.
• To get started, there are two links in the upper right corner of this Web page:
  • If you are visiting this site for the first time, click on the “Register” link. Your username must be your e-mail address.
  • If you have already created a login and password, please click on the “Login” link.
• On your Personal Page, enter the session’s “CPE voucher code” in the designated area and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the evaluation.
• Upon successful completion of the evaluation, your Statement of Credit will be available from the “History” link located on your Personal Page. Click on the “Print” link to access your Statement of Credit. (Note: You will need to print out a separate Statement of Credit for each session attended).
• If you do not wish to print your Statement of Credit immediately, you may log in at a later date and select the History link to see a listing of sessions for which you have recorded CPE and print Statements of Credit.
