We are pleased that you have chosen to take the education courses on doing business with Rite Aid. The purpose of the Rite Aid Supplier Training Portal is to provide the "How to Do Business with Rite Aid" series of courses which are designed to support Rite Aid’s supply chain for our valued domestic and international trading partners. At Rite Aid, we follow standard category management and buying processes for all suppliers / vendors, and these courses will give you an overview of the various trading partner processes at Rite Aid. This helps you to work with the same processes, and receive the same consideration for your products as all our other suppliers / vendors. Rite Aid requires that all new reps and new suppliers take this series of courses in order to become CERTIFIED. You can achieve certification in the area, or areas, appropriate for your position.

Requirements for Becoming a Rite Aid Supplier

Thank you for your interest in doing business with Rite Aid, Inc. Rite Aid is committed to working with each of our suppliers to ensure every company and their representatives that work with Rite Aid are trained on Rite Aid Processes, Policies, and appropriate Forms to improve the speed to market and ensure quicker new product and program review. As a result, the reduction in time and errors will allow Rite Aid and our supplier partners to drive cost down throughout the total system, allowing us to provide added value, a consistent quality of product, and service to the customer.

To assist us in this effort, Rite Aid requires that each new company representative or new Supplier working with Rite Aid complete the Rite Aid Supplier Training Certification. This on-line supplier training program which was developed in conjunction with the Rite Aid Supplier Advisory Board will ensure that you are prepared to do business with the key departments within Rite Aid and to improve our business together. Once a company representative has completed the Training Certification, you not only will be prepared to do business with Rite Aid, you will also be updated on all changes to Processes, Policies, and Forms via electronic notification.
