Welcome to the Safe Food Handlers Corporation online food safety training program. Three years ago, the Food Marketing Institute (FMI) gathered together food safety professionals, retail industry experts, food scientists, and others to develop a comprehensive food safety training program for food retailers. The result is SuperSafeMark® - a program for the retail industry created by the retail food industry. This program is designed to teach you the necessary information required to successfully pass the Food Manager Certification examination accredited by the Conference for Food Protection.

This site is designed to allow students who have registered for the SuperSafeMark® online food safety course to login and take the course. If this course is intended to lead towards certification, students need to call SFH at 888-793-5136 as soon as the course is completed to schedule an examination or send an e-mail to sales@sfhcorp.com.

We administer the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals examination that is approved by the Conference for Food Protection and is recognized nationwide. Other examinations may be able to be administered upon request.
