Florida attorneys please identify that you are an attorney when registering.

NOTE: If you work for a Governor agency please contact your Ethics Compliance Officer for specific requirements of the Governor's Code of Ethics that may differ from the information presented in this course. Please make sure you enroll in Sunshine Law and Public Records Act this version has been specifically developed all Governor agency employees.

ATTORNEYS – CLER Credits Available: Florida attorneys may earn up to 12 hours of CLER credits for completion of the modules that make up the "Florida's Code of Ethics, Sunshine Law and Public Records Act" course. Each module has been approved for 4 hours of CLER credits. CLER credits are only available for the individual modules; no CLER credit will be awarded for "Florida's Code of Ethics, Sunshine Law and Public Records Act."
