This course will introduce and review the different aspects of Errors and Omissions in a seminar-style environment. The course covers such topics as the importance of invariable practices within agencies, what to say and especially what not to say in a deposition, and how agents should handle themselves to prevent getting into E&O situations. You'll need about 4 hours to complete this course.

This course requires an online exam. Upon purchasing the course, the online exam is included in the purchase price.

Once you buy the course, you have 120 days to complete it and pass the exam with a score of 70% or higher. If you fail your exam, you'll have two chances to take it again within the same 120-day period.
