HAVING TROUBLE WITH POP-UP BLOCKERS? Sometimes a computer has multiple pop-up blockers turned on. The best way to insure that you have all pop-up blockers turned off is to hold down the control key (Ctrl) on your keyboard. Keep it held down when clicking the BEGIN button until the new browser window opens.
