Retail Best Practices and Guide to Food Safety and Sanitation Online is designed to provide owners and managers with the necessary food safety education training required under New York Agriculture and Markets Law for a retail food processing license. State law requires that persons in “management or control” complete at least eight hours of food safety training every two years as a condition of their store being licensed or re-licensed under Article 20-C.
This course allows you to complete all eleven segments which consist of twelve hours of training or to select any combination of topics which total eight hours or more of training.
